— Project Description:

North-South Corridor of Lucknow Metro Rail Project starts from CCS Airport and ends at Munshi Pulia. Overall length of corridor is 22,878 km. Out of which 19,438 km is elevated and remaining 3.44 km is underground. Two At-grade ramps have been provided along the corridor covering length of 0.774 km. The underground portion is being excavated by 2 TBMs whose excavation diameters are respectively 6.535m (TBM1) and 6,556m (TBM2) resulting in internal tunnels diam. of 5.8m. There are total 22 stations along the corridor out of which 19 stations are elevated and 4 (CCS Airport, Hussainganj, Sachivalaya and Hazratganj) are in underground and have been designed & developed keeping in mind rich heritage of the city and high standard of  Passenger comfort and safety.

— Description of Services:

General Consultancy Services for design, procurement, construction, testing and commissioning of the complete Lucknow Metro Rail Project North-South Corridor (Phase-1A). The services include tender packaging, preparation and finalisation of tender documents for civil and system contracts, evaluation of tenders, proof checking of civil structure designs, complete checking, verification and approval to all system contract design, submissions including rolling stock, certification of vendor sources and inspection of vendor items, supervision of all construction activities. Safety and quality of works including installation of systems and commissioning of rolling stock, integration of systems, ensuring specifications, standards and highest quality, ensuring safety at worksites, monitoring and reporting the progress of all works, supervision of system trials and system integration and ensuring commissioning of the entire line in stages as per the target dates laid, at the same time exercising utmost cost control measures.
