Position 1 - Geotechnical Expert - Job Location Maharashtra, India

• Qualification: Post Graduate in Geotechnical Engineering.
• Experience:  More than 20 Years
• Relevant Experience: At least 8 years’ experience of civil works for Metro/highway/ tunnel projects.

Duties:

• Provide TOR and other bid documents for the detailed geological survey for the Detailed Design for the Project and conduct the bid to select the capable local firms to undertake the geotechnical survey.
• Supervise the local contractor’s performance in the quality of the Work and schedule and give guidance if necessary.
• Expertise in Geotechnical design, design review, checking the output of the geotechnical survey and report done by the local contractor

Position 2  Tunnel Design Specialist – Job Location Maharashtra, India

• Qualification: Masters in Civil /Geotechnical/Rock Mechanics, Tunnel Engineering
• Experience: At least 15 Years post qualification for Graduate Degree holders
• Relevant Experience: 8 Years in Tunnel Design Highway/Railway/Road Project - Experience as a Tunnel Design Specialist in at least 2 nos. of 8m wide highway/metro/railway tunnel project having minimum length 2.5 km each. Experience of blasting design (for drill and blast method) on at least one 8m wide highway/metro/railway tunnel project having minimum length 2.5 km

Duties:

• Review the FS and assess Tunnel design for detailed engineering, including the geotechnical data, the applied design codes, design conditions including control points (eg. Navigation channel, pipelines etc.), type of the Support.
• In collaboration with the highway, Bridge engineers, develop a program of site investigation for Tunnel and drainage works.
• Confirm with MSRDC all design conditions including design code, control points such as position of public utilities, and cross sections in collaboration with Highway Engineer
• Conduct the full basic design of Tunnel based on the preliminary structural analysis before the detailed design for the Client’s approval
• Conduct the detailed design of the Tunnel based on the approved basic design
• Provide guidance to the CAD operator for preparation of the drawings and check the drawing prepared by the CAD operator.

Position 3 -  Sr. Structure Expert -Underground – Job Location Madhya Pradesh, India

• Qualification:  PG in Structural Engineering
• Experience: More than 15 Years
• Relevant Experience: 5-8 Years in Underground Metro Project

Duties

• Review of detailed design submitted by contractor, especially constructability review
• Design and preparation of tender documents for station integration and area traffic improvement scheme
• Review of Contractors’ construction methodologies, construction drawings and QA program
• Manage QC and QA activities in relation to all structural works
• Coordinate the activities of other structural engineers in the GEC team
• Construction supervision
• Periodic reporting

Position 4 - Sr Procurement Engineer - Job Location Madhya Pradesh, India

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
• Experience: More than 10 Years
• Relevant Experience: More than 3 Years in Metro Project

Duties

• Ensures that the procurement process followed in adherence to established procedure.
• Prepare Project RFQs for various tenders to be awarded on the project like civil, systems, etc. and commercial evaluations.
• Interface with commercial and technical disciplines for preparation of Tender Documents and Bid evaluation.
• Provide support to project cost controls in procurement-related activities, bid versus buy analysis, and support in the preparation of cash flow plans for contracts.
• Provide project procurement reports as necessary and undertake tasks, activities, and assignments at the direction of the Project Director, Chief Contracts Manager, and Procurement Manager.
• Has moderate knowledge of contracts and hands-on experience in procurement processes.
• Should have a basic understanding of civil and infrastructure projects, contract management, contract drafting, and procurement procedure.
• Knowledge of FIDIC principles will be a plus.

Position 5: Sr. Contract Expert - Job Location Madhya Pradesh, India

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience: More than 15 Years
• Relevant Experience: More than 3 Years in Metro Project

Duties

• Assist the Project Leader to design, administrate and monitor all contract/bid/tender formation activities to ensure compliance with agreed frameworks & contractual interpretation.
• Assistance in bid and contracts documents for in compliance with GOM/MULTILATERAL FINANCIAL INSTITUTES procurement guidelines.
• Assist the client in the preparation of invitation for bids, evaluation of bids received, and award of civil works and equipment and facility installation contracts.
• Evaluate the claims submitted by the contractor with support from the engineers and provide draft answers to Chief Contract Expert.

Position 6: Chief Cost Control Expert for - Job Location Madhya Pradesh, India

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience:  More than 20 Years
• Relevant Experience: More than 5 Years in Metro Project

Duties

• Develop and audit cost procedures within the project controls group;
• Develop and audit project specific project controls, procedures and practices;
• Develop and audit internal controls and guidelines associated with project controls;
• Develop, audit and integrate the electronic relationship between SAP, cost tracker and other cost programs within the company;
• Create cost strategy and reporting structures, as required;
• Create construction cost tracking structures and manage the cost tracking process;
• Develop and maintain program and project cost reports and cost tracking;
• Develop and audit cost forecasts variances, as needed, for projects and drilling initiatives;
• Assist in the development of an owner project controls development plan and model;
• Develop project specific strategies between project controls and corporate accounting;
• Develop, audit and maintain accrual strategy and reports;
• Build and maintain a plan with accounting regarding invoicing, WIP, accounts receivable, accruals and monthly project cost reports;
• Other duties as assigned.
