Sivok-Rangpo new railway line, West Bengala–Sikkim, India

The proposed alignment connecting Sivok and Rangpo, passing through the foothills of Kanchanjungha mountain range and Teesta river valley, is 45 km long with more than 32 km length in tunnels, and 28 bridges spanning deep gorges and valleys with likely bridge pier height of more than 75 metres. When completed, this project will improve connectivity to Sikkim and boost the state's economy and tourism.
