• construction management and technical assistance to the Construction Manager;
• technical assistance to Contractors during construction;
• health and safety coordination during construction;
• assistance in litigations between the Owner and the Contractor;
• technical support to Contractors for preparing tenders;
• analysis of project risks;
• probabilistic analysis of construction time and cost;
• collection, analysis and interpretation of the construction data;
• monitoring the behaviour of the structure and the excavated rock mass;
• project services and construction management.
