 Every project is confronted by GEODATA from a global vision. Global vision means approaching the project from various aspects – territorial, technical, economical, financial – within a multidisciplinary framework, through team work, and using innovative tools.
The impacts on the area of intervention are evaluated: physical impacts on the natural environment; social and economical impacts on a project involving transformation and development of urban contexts. Besides, every project solution is analysed by means of value-engineering techniques and risk analysis.
For the economical and financial analysis, GEODATA undertakes the evaluation of costs using techniques, which ensure the reliability of their results, while identifying the private or public financial resources, together with the mechanisms and tools for their activation. The decision-making processes covering the different aspects affecting the project are always based on a multicriteria analysis developed through the involvement of experts from different sectors. This analysis allows to clearly state the reason selecting for a given option.
This global vision enabled GEODATA to become a main actor in the project financing market, first as a consultant to promoters and, more recently, in the role of a promoter of new initiatives.
